What does my spending limit mean?
It is the most the whole job can cost, retries included. You are charged for what the job used, which can be less, and the charge can stay provisional until billing is reconciled.
Do I pay if a job fails or I cancel it?
Yes, for resources already used. Failure or cancellation does not make that work free. The total job charge stays within the approved spending limit.
Does a larger pack get a lower compute rate?
These packs add their face value to your balance. They do not advertise a volume discount or guarantee a number of GPU hours.
Can I get unused credit back?
Credit does not expire. Top-ups are generally non-refundable. We return unspent purchased credit if Symbioza discontinues the service or closes your account under the Terms. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected. Refunds for Creem purchases are processed through Creem. Contact us about your account.
